• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Vouchers are transferable but must be presented at the time of your appointment.

• Vouchers do not need to be used in one appointment and can be used across multiple appointments until the balance is used.

• Appointments are subject to availability and our standard cancellation policy applies.

• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
