By booking an appointment with Face Beautique you agree to the below cancellation policy.

These policies are in place so Face Beautiques time and other clients' time are respected. We understand that things happen and we will always attempt to accommodate as much as possible. We're a busy salon with back-to-back appointments, so please select your date and time carefully. Your support and understanding will be greatly appreciated.

DEPOSITS

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit is required for all services.

  • All bookings must include securely stored credit card details via our booking software, Timely, to confirm your appointment.

  • We are a prepaid salon — appointments are not secured without this payment. No deposit = no booking.


CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

  • No cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment. This will result in 100% of the total service cost.

  • For cosmetic tattooing, 5 days' notice is required.

  • No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • Late arrivals (5 minutes or more) will be treated as a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged.

  • All fees must be paid before rebooking, if not this will result in full payments of all future bookings or may result in being blacklisted, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

  • If we are unavailable, leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible. If you haven’t heard back from us this may mean we haven’t seen it.

  • Do not contact us via text, Instagram, or personal Facebook accounts etc. These are personal platforms and are not monitored for salon communications. Messages sent this way will not be seen or responded to.


SAFETY POLICY

  • No plus ones or children are permitted at appointments. This is in line with Australian WHS legislation and ensures a calm, safe environment for all.

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness, aggression, or disrespectful behavior toward our team. Any such conduct will result in a permanent ban from the salon. CONTACTING US
